SPECIAL ORDER FROM NEW!!! Where do we begin with this"unicorn in the market?" First off, its already pretty hard to find a large Suv with 3rd row with under 50k miles on a 2014. Then you throw in a million things on this GL that make it a one of a kind. First off it has the most coveted color combination in Mercedes high end luxury models in most people's opinion and our own data. That is black on black. There is just something about a Mercedes in black that makes it look like it is worth $10,000 more than any other color. Then you throw in the clean carfax with no accidents or minor damage AND the incredible service history. That is huge value. Also its not an east coast car which tend to have minor to major rust issues. The stigma of east coast will devalue a car as well. East coast cars are typically much cheaper. Now to What Makes this GL450 in a league of its own for really anthing under $40k. There are multiple headlight packages that come on the GL models, this one has the nicest ones. We live in a headlight era and these headlights help give the GL450 the look it intended to have. The Gl models also come with a couple different wheel options. This one has the upgrade wheel package which we all know what wheels do to cars.....Game changer. The aluminum running boards are eye candy and help tie in with the rest of the car. Not all GL's have the running boars. The wheels are wrapped with almost brand new Pirelli Scorpions. If you know anything about tires, you know these are not cheap. Huge value there. Now lets move to the options inside. We will start withe the wood steering wheel. They are not on all GL models and is roughly a $1200 option or so new. It just feels so good to the touch and really helps tie in the dark rich wood grain trim. Also is equipped with air conditioned seats and factory rear dvd's in the headrest that are also not on every GL. The upgraded Harmon Kardon premium sound system is a must for anyone who really enjoys their music, and that is probably most of us. Another really rare high value option is the Panoramic roof. For some reason people go crazy for this option in Mercedes and we have grown to see why. Looking at the sky at night, with nearly the whole top of your car glass is pretty cool. The panoramic roof is on very few GL models. Messaging seats, cooled drink carriers, and push button start are also high value options that are not on most GL models. You combine all of these amazing attributes together and that creates a one of a kind car in the market that we like to call "unicorns in the market." This is one rare Gem of a special order and we are extremely excited to have it on our lot! We also sell extend service contracts ranging from 2 to 4 years and coverage ranging from powertrain plus to bumper to bumper coverage. Why go buy a brand new one like this for around $100k out the door with a 4 year 50 bumper to bumper when you can get the same coverage on a used one for roughly 40% of the price. Remember one of the most important factors on any purchase is that it is not an east coast car, Florida, Texas, Canadian, Michigan, Illinois. We dont sell ANY rust buckets AKA most non west coast cars, or cars that the undersides have been painted or had under coating applied to hide corrosion. This assures no rust or corrosion or the chances it was involved in a flood or hurricane. We had to pay over $4000 more for this GL because it had a clean history, its black on black, all the rare options, and the sport package! We could have bought a 2014 GL450 in silver with the tan interior, or an accident on the Carfax, from New York (or any rust area), without the Sport package, with the exact same miles and WE could have it priced at $28900, but that does not mean it is a better "DEAL". Its just a lower price for a lot less quality. Its a lower price, NOT THE BEST OVERALL DEAL. Its an investment and what you are going to own and drive around for 1-15 years.
